Service packages, timelines, and deliverables are customized based on client scope and communicated in writing prior to the start of the project.
User Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Not use the website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Not engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks
Oxford reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its discretion if misuse is detected.

Upon full payment:

The Oxford Prime Publishing logo, name, website design, and brand elements are protected by trademark and copyright law and may not be reproduced without prior permission.
Payments and Refunds
- All service fees are quoted in USD and are due as outlined in the agreed proposal or invoice.
- Payment plans may be offered at our discretion.
- Work begins only after the initial deposit is received.
- Due to the creative nature of our work, all payments are final and non-refundable once a project has commenced.
In rare cases where a refund is considered, it will be at the sole discretion of Oxford Prime Publishing and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide all requested materials, drafts, and information promptly
- Respond to edits and revisions in a timely manner
- Not submit any defamatory, unlawful, plagiarized, or infringing content
- Ensure all final approvals are made before publishing or distribution
Delays in client response or approvals may extend the delivery timeline.
Turnaround Time & Revisions
Timelines for service delivery vary depending on scope and package. Estimated deadlines will be discussed and confirmed at project initiation.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Each package includes 2 rounds of revisions
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges
Rush orders may be available at a premium fee and must be approved in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Oxford Prime Publishing is not liable for:
- Financial loss, reputational harm, or commercial damages resulting from the use of published content
- Issues arising from third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon KDP, Goodreads, social media)
- Delays or disruptions caused by force majeure, internet outages, or client inaction
Our total liability under any circumstances will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
Third-Party Tools & Services
Our website or service delivery may include links or integrations with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy policies, operations, or outcomes related to those external services.
Clients using Amazon, PayPal, WordPress, or any other external tool are advised to review their terms independently.
